I enjoyed this book when I read back in May. With muscles like Pop Eye and tattoos covering inch upon inch of their skin, they really are four individuals that lead by example. There are lessons to be taken for everyone in this book. . Yes, it can be just as chaotic as it sounds. Carly Warner is existing as a veterinarian but not much else. There is no plot beyond the character interaction and the will they or won't they romantic engagement, but the characters were great, so it was all good.
This is a true story. This brutally honest book has helped me be less angry with myself for struggling at times. Still, let this be a reminder that I should first google the author and make sure I'm not just going to read Xena fanfiction. Her strength in facing these is equally palpable. Sometimes it stretches, but it's shorter than I felt like it was, I'm not sure how I feel about that. This is a deeply personal and powerful book.

It is very raw, no punches are pulled. Only and have achieved more. The information provided via self-talk regarding what they were thinking and why they were reacting the way they were was well done. Stop that, some details only work to alienate your readers.
